About the Founder

Hugo Guzman is a football educator, consultant, and strategist with over a decade of international experience working with players, coaches, and clubs around the world.

As a FIFA-licensed coach with a Master’s in Sports Data Analytics, Hugo combines modern performance science with real-world football insight. His career has taken him across continents — advising clubs, developing training models, and mentoring talent at every level of the game.

Hugo founded Next Lens Development to challenge outdated systems and raise the standard of development. His mission is clear: to bring structure, clarity, and purpose to the beautiful game — one individual at a time.
